About UsBryan G. Keaney Bryan has spent much of his career employed by healthcare and biotechnology companies performing a variety of senior financial and operational roles. At the executive team level, Bryan has managed the transformational growth of early-stage companies into diversified, publicly traded operating entities. He has also utilized his background to serve in a consulting capacity for a variety of emerging technology-driven companies. Bryan’s employment experience includes serving as the VP of Finance of CombinatoRx, Inc., VP of Finance and Treasurer of Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp., CFO of MetaWorks, Inc., CFO and Director of BioEnhancement Systems Corp. and a variety of management roles at Genzyme Corporation and Hybritech Inc. Additionally, Bryan has served in a full time and part time consulting capacity for early stage clients such as Shionogi BioResearch Corp., TaiMed Biologics USA Corp., Visual i|o, Inc. and Arietis Corporation. Bryan is inspired by the exciting atmosphere found within rapidly evolving companies and specializes in the design and implementation of the systems required to efficiently build a new entity or to enhance the operations of an existing company. Bryan received his BS degree in Finance from Boston College. Mark W. Clark After twelve years of active duty military service in the US Navy’s submarine fleet, Mark has held a variety of fulltime and consulting positions within the Facility Management field - the last seventeen years within the life science industry. Since 1996, Mark’s employment has included fulltime management positions at Altus Pharmaceuticals, Amgen, CombinatoRx, Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Millipore Corporation and Vertex Pharmaceuticals. During the last twelve years, Mark’s passion has focused his efforts in the design, construction, relocation, start-up and operation of R&D laboratories. Founding Clark Consulting Services in 2007, he has successfully delivered a variety of Owner’s Rep services to several Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and Nanotechnology companies. Some recent and current clients include; Abpro, Anika Therapeutics, Bandgap Engineering, EMD Serono, Ginkgo BioWorks, Logical Therapeutics and Nano-C. Mark holds Massachusetts licenses for Construction Supervisor and Wastewater Treatment Operator as well as having completed Northeastern University’s Building Design and Management Program (Facilities Management major and Building Construction & Technology) and the University of New Hampshire’s Construction Project Management Program. |
